Cooking Instructions:
Mix 90 gm of Korma spice blend with about 250 ml water in a bowl to make a paste. Fry the paste on medium heat in 3tbsp oil till fragrant (2-3 minutes).
Add 1Kg of cubed chicken thigh fillets and cook for 15 minutes. Add 200-300ml water when cooking to avoid the spice sticking to the pan.
Add 200 ml of thickened cream and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with naan bread or steamed basmati rice.
